Groups of 100-120 can hire our venue exclusively from 4pm. Why not hire exclusive use of our activities 4-6pm, then dine and dance the night away! We have options to spread your group across our venue, with indoor and outdoor tables and 'chill zones' in between.

We won't charge a venue hire - all we require is agreed minimum spend and prepayment of your meals and guaranteed numbers, and we'll take care of the rest!

Freeflow Activity for Exclusive Use

For large private functions from 4pm, you can either just come for dinner and drinks, or if you're after activities as well, but in a chilled out, relaxed style, why not ask about our Freeflow Exclusive Use Activity package.  This specially designed package is for groups of 120+ and offers full exclusivity of our venue, PLUS we provide loads of instructors for unlimited sessions of ALL our outdoor activities to keep everyone active. Freeflow Price on Application.

How many can come?

Being such an outdoor venue we only book to our indoor capacity (just in case) and then let you spread out for your exclusive event!  We seat 120 covered seats in our Wild Estate Restaurant. Outdoors when the sun shines (hey it's Waiheke - it usually does) there's another 80 seats, plus 40 in our cellar, and 25 on our terrace.

What if our group's bigger?

We can simply hire additional marquee's for groups over 140, and up to our maximum capacity of 200 people (subject to our special licence approval).

Can we have Entertainment?

Sure can! Speak to us about hiring local DJ's, bands, or you can even bring your own. We do of course have our own music too - just tell us your mood and we'll do our best to accommodate!

What if it Rains?

It doesn't happen often, however every now and then the weather gods are against us. For groups this size, we have special T&C's so simply enquire for further information.

Can we BYO?

I'm afraid we don't have a BYO licence, however as we're both a winery AND a brewery we have you covered! We have our very own beer & wine at reasonable prices. We also make fantastic island cocktails, and mocktails and our World Famous (on Waiheke) Waiheke Brewery Ginger Beer for the non drinkers too, along with an extensive alcohol free range to look after your team.
