Casual Shared Platters
In place of traditional plated meals we do shared boards served at long tables, allowing your guests to relax and socialise away from formality. Then head to the bar for a band or DJ and an original first dance! We have a bar service including our boutique wine grown onsite, to cocktails, beers and whisky, we can do it all. It is our versatility, unique location and unquestionable ability that sets us apart.

Covered Wedding Option
Our stunning multipurpose facility gives you the scope for your romantic imagination to run wild! Whether you're dreaming of a unique winter wedding alongside a beautiful 2 metre open fire, or a summer beach wedding followed by dinner and dancing at a beautiful Waiheke vineyard. You may plan for outdoors, but wish to book an indoor backup - our downstairs cellar door can be booked for just in case, and is a blank space that can be dressed to your heart's desire.
With our wealth of experience, we're always able to handle any unforeseen eventualities, and knowing that you are in capable hands means you can relax and drink in the magic of your beautiful surroundings, with family and friends for treasured moments of your special day.

We all wanna have fun, but sometimes we go a little too Wild! Therefore to keep you all safe, Wild Estate supplies alcoholic beverages under restrictions according to our Liquor Licences below. If you look under 25, be prepared to show ID. For NZ online sales we require a copy of your New Zealand Passport or Drivers Licence to complete the sale, along with Signature ID and Proof of age on delivery.
I'm afraid we don't have a BYO licence, however as we're both a winery AND a brewery we have you covered! We have our very own beer & wine at reasonable prices. We also make fantastic island cocktails, and mocktails and our World Famous (on Waiheke) Waiheke Brewery Ginger Beer for the non drinkers too, along with an extensive alcohol free range to look after your team.
Wild Estate & Wild on Waiheke holds both an On-Premise and Off-Premise Liquor license and we operate a bar and restaurant facility, therefore we do not allow or have a license for BYO. Our On-license operates from 9am to midnight, 7 days per week (subject to current hours of operation - these hours can be extended within our license restrictions for large prebooked groups of 40+).

Alternately for smaller groups of less than 14 guests, simply BOOK NOW.
No worries, we can cater to most food allergies as long as we know in advance. Our team will guide you through the booking process so it's seamless!
Our function menu's cater to small groups of 14 up to larger groups of people.
All Function Menus are for prebooked groups only at a special Wholesale Rate (along with our Large Group Activities). Discounts apply for larger groups, and we can easily turn your two course lunch into a three or even four course meal as an optional extra. Prepayment is required, and as you can imagine with us being on an island it requires a little extra planning on our behalf so we can make it a memorable event. Once that part's done you get to sit right back and enjoy the party!
